I scream, you scream, we all just love ice cream!
Knight Rogen's Ice Cream opened at the end of May 2018, by five students, Vanditha Krishnan, Erin Walsh, Chandler Wang, Aditya Mota, and Aditya Sivaraman. They all had no idea how to start or open a business. It was udder-ly unexpected. However, one thing they all knew was how to attract ice-cream lovers statewide. By using liquid nitrogen to create various forms of ice cream instantaneously, we personalize the ice cream to the taste of each and every customer.
LIQUID NITROGEN? WHAT'S THAT?
Liquid nitrogen is an extremely cold gas; its average temperature is well below -320 degrees Fahrenheit. It is odorless, tasteless, and colorless, making it perfect for "fast-freezing" desserts. Plus, liquid nitrogen gives ice cream a decadent consistency, because the fat and water particles of the mixture stay very small. When making traditional ice cream, ice crystals form, and the final product is often crystallized and not as smooth.
